Judith Sutter Hinrichs-Meckfessel died peacefully on April 16, 2022, at the age of 79, surrounded by her sons, Christian and Bill Hinrichs. Judy was the youngest child of Dr. Richard and Elizabeth Sutter and grew up in University City (St. Louis, MO) with her siblings, Jane and John Sutter. She graduated from John Burroughs School and earned a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Washington University, where she was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority. Judy was predeceased by her husband of nineteen years, Richard Meckfessel. Harold Finley Cannon, 91, of Bloomingdale, GA, passed away Monday, May 2, 2022 at Candler Hospital.
She was a huge Green Bay Packers fan, and was considered the “Neighborhood Mom” to many of her children’s friends. Kristy was an avid volunteer at Gould Elementary School where her children attended. She loved to cook and enjoyed feeding anyone who would stop by her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Lowery. Richard “Rabbi” Martin Geriner, Sr., 82, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. The native and lifelong resident of Savannah was born on February 22, 1940, to the late Henry Butler Geriner, Jr. and Clara Henges Geriner.

Surviving is a son, Charles J. Gleason, Jr. of Boca Raton, FL; granddaughter, Harper Gleason of Boca Raton; and a grandson, Joseph Gleason of Savannah. Robert Wendell Williamson, Sr., 60, passed away Monday, September 5, 2022 at Candler Hospital. Robert worked for the City of Savannah as a Crew Chief in the storm water department. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church, and attended Calvary Baptist Temple. He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby Ray Williamson, his sisters, Wanda McDermott and Audrey Pike.
He worked in the liquor distribution business for over 50 years. He started work for North Georgia Distributing in Rome, and ended with United Distributing in Savannah, retiring in 2015. He loved golf, boating, and the Georgia Bulldawgs. He was predeceased by his mother, Jane Latham Green, his father, Stanley Green, and his sister, Nina Oakes. Richard was born and raised in Altoona, Pennsylvania to Kenneth V. and Agnes G.Wood, and was the last of eight children.

Bobbie was born on May 13, 1930 in Buford, GA to the late Robert G. The family moved to Gainesville, GA in 1946 where she graduated from Gainesville High School in 1947. Bobbie attended GSCW in Milledgeville and graduated from the University of Georgia in 1951 where she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. Bobbie taught school in Atlanta, Moultrie, and Savannah.
James Allen “TJ” Miller, 31, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022. TJ was born August 10, 1990 in Savannah, GA. He was a painter for Baxter Painting. TJ loved to play the guitar, listen to Ozzy Osborne and Leonard Skynard, and fish. The family of Richard Clark are sad to announce that he passed away peacefully on Tuesday 5th April 2022 at the age of 86 in Savannah, Georgia. She was born as Ann Lilian Rice on October 19th, 1938 in Dulwich, London, England. The eldest of five, she grew up in London during World War II. In the late 1950s, she began working for the US Air Force and eventually relocated to New York City in 1963. She worked for Singer’s flagship store at Rockefeller Center until relocating to Savannah in 1970. Ann worked for many years in the office of The Pirate’s House.
Ruth Ellen Mackey passed away December 11, 2022 in Midwest City at the age of 72. Ruth was born November 25, 1950 in Modesto, California to Everett Joseph Travels and Bonnie Pearl . She attended school at Sasakwa Public School in Sasakwa, OK. Ruth always enjoyed ceramics, sewing, crocheting, crafts, and she loved making dolls, blankets and such.
